Moneydance+ not downloading PNC bank transaction
I tried to download PNC transactions today and I got a message that said '9 transactions downloaded' but nothing happened and the message went away. I went into 'setup moneydance+' and looked at what was there. It all looked ok. I tried to download again and i got a window to select which account to download. I never received this window before. I selected the accounts and it downloaded 9 transactions but they had already downloaded and confirmed. I deleted these 9 transactions and my balances were correct.

I am having the same problem with PNC transactions not downloading. This just started around one week ago. All other financial accounts working correctly.

Ditto here! Have 6 open transactions that have all been cleared by PNC, but refuse to download. What's going on? Using 2022.4 (4087)

Hi all,
We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.
Could you try upgrading to the latest preview version? This should hopefully fix the problem for you.
Moneydance 2022.5 (4090) is now available to download from this page. This is a free upgrade for you!
You should remove or choose to overwrite the older version and restart Moneydance!
Finally, navigate to Online menu->Moneydance+ Set up and where it reads "Connected" on the right, click and select disconnect in the popup. Then try to recreate the connection as outlined in this article of the Knowledge Base called Connect Accounts with Moneydance+.

Did as you asked, find file "log" attached using notepad to open, although I did not see any place that shows my account number, but please check it. Advise

I updated to 2022.5 version. If I recreate the connections, will the next download get all the transactions from the bank or will the last down load date be retained. I really dont want to have to delete all the duplicate transactions. I see in other comments that the recreation of the accounts did not work. I am not going to try the recreation until there is a solution to that issue. Please advise.

You should select the Online->Setup Moneydance+ menu, then click on an account (not the bank name) in the right column you should see a popup menu. If you select the Reset Sync Date entry, Moneydance will prompt you upon the next download to select how far back in time you'd like it to request transactions. How far back the transactions actually go is dependent upon the bank and/or their service provider, but Moneydance will request whatever date you specify.

I set the sync date to 8/1. Downloaded 14 trans after duplicates removed. All these trans had already be committed. Relinked the account. tried download and received message zero new trans 22 trans downloaded duplicates removed. Sync date shows 8/3. The next sync date I can select is 8/9. I selected the date and downloaded. Got 0 trans. Now sync date shows 8/16.
I can not get any trans after 8/3 to download.

Can you try running this Toolbox fix?
You should install the Toolbox extension via Extensions->Manage Extensions. Launch Toolbox and select Update mode from Toolbox Options (on the top left) then choose Online banking tools->Cleanup missing Banking links.
Finally restart Moneydance.

Sorry for that mess. Just reset sync date for one PNC account. Retried download selecting August 10 as date. Received same message "zero downloaded of 4 new after removing duplicates". There are over 10 transactions since August 10.

Installed Toolbox. Set update. Selected online banking tools then clean up missing banking links. No missing links were found. Restarted Moneydance. Set sync date to 8/3. Downloaded 0 new records after eliminating 22 duplicates.

It appears that whatever backend issue was causing this has been resolved. My 2 active PNC accounts downloaded successfully this morning using MD+. I had done none of the above troubleshooting/fix steps, other than upgrading to 2022.5 (which I had already done before I noticed this issue.)
