<p>We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.</p>
<p>Could you try upgrading to the latest preview version? This should hopefully fix the problem for you.</p>
<p>Moneydance 2022.5 (4090) is now available to download from <a href="https://infinitekind.com/preview">this page</a>. This is a free upgrade for you!</p>
<p>You should remove or choose to overwrite the older version and restart Moneydance!</p>
<p>Finally, navigate to Online menu->Moneydance+ Set up and where it reads "Connected" on the right, click and select disconnect in the popup. Then try to recreate the connection as outlined in <a href="https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/kb/moneydance/connect-accounts-with-moneydance">this article</a> of the Knowledge Base called Connect Accounts with Moneydance+.</p>

<p>You should select the Online->Setup Moneydance+ menu, then click on an account (not the bank name) in the right column you should see a popup menu. If you select the <strong>Reset Sync Date entry</strong>, Moneydance will prompt you upon the next download to select how far back in time you'd like it to request transactions. How far back the transactions actually go is dependent upon the bank and/or their service provider, but Moneydance will request whatever date you specify.</p>

Downloaded 14 trans after duplicates removed. All these trans had already be committed. Relinked the account. tried download and received message zero new trans 22 trans downloaded duplicates removed. Sync date shows 8/3. The next sync date I can select is 8/9. I selected the date and downloaded. Got 0 trans. Now sync date shows 8/16.<br>
I can not get any trans after 8/3 to download.<br>
