Not able to download transactions or import transactions
I have been using MD for several years. I am using the latest update for MD. My bank does not offer Direct Connect. In the past I would download the transaction file from my bank and it would automatically update my MD file. I upgraded to the newest version of MD and this no longer works. The file seems to go to MD, but MD does not accept it. I have also tried the import function in MD and this does not work. I am downloading a QFX file just like I did in the past. I have looked at the downloaded file with a word processor and it looks like a good file. When I look at the file on MD, there are no unconfirmed transactions. What can I do to get this working?

Hi,
We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.
Launch Moneydance and navigate to File->Import. Navigate to the location where you saved your OFX file and select the account you want to import to by pressing the double arrow - in the resulting window (ensure the account is highlighted). At this point, check the option to Remember this Choice and click OK.
Finally, restart Moneydance.
Additionally, you can select the account in question and navigate to Online->Match Online Accounts. The remembered account number links for manually imported files.
