Moneydance Plus

I recently started using Moneydance+ to download my transactions. Now my accounts are a mess. I keep having to relink my accounts as it says the link has expired. Then it downloads old transactions along with anything new ones.I'm about ready to give up and go back to a 2 month old backup and start over. I never had to relink my accounts using OFX. Am I missing something here?

    Hi Susan,

    We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.

    Which version and build of Moneydance are you using?
    To check, open Moneydance and select Help --> About Moneydance

    Which bank are you connecting with?
    Are you receiving an error message with the re-link prompt? If so, which?

    Connecting with CitiBank Credit cards

    I got my accounts straightened out except for CitiBank. When downloading I
    receive the message my link to CitiBank has expired and I need to relink the
    account. This occurs if I haven’t downloaded in in the past week. This is very
    frustrating as I never had this problem with direct download. Since I pay for
    this service I expect it be seamless once the accounts are setup.

    Could you send us the contents of your console log, from when you're trying to connect to CitiBank via Moneydance+?
    Here's how to get the logs:

    1) In Moneydance, select Help > Console Window. This will open the console messages window.
    2) While the Console Window is open, attempt to connect to your bank using Moneydance+. Any error messages should be recorded to the Console.
    3) Select all of the text in the Console and use the "Copy to Clipboard" button at the bottom to copy the text.
    4) Paste the text from the message window into a text file (preferably saved with a .txt extension) and attach that file to your response here.
