US Bank - Online Banking Setup Problems

I am very frustrated with the setup procedures for Online Banking with this program. I followed the directions in Chapter 4 of the Quick Start Guide (V1.0) and they don't seem to match up with the flow of the actual program. For example: page 34, Step 5 is different in the book than in what is actually asked for. What is actually asked for is UserID and Password and then "new Password" which needs to be entered twice (not reflected in your Quick Start Guide). WHERE DO I CHANGE THE PASSWORD? I have already contacted my bank as instructed in the section "Enabling direct OFX connections with your bank" on page 31 and they sent me a Customer ID and Pin #. Everywhere I try to use this information it does not accept it AND it is not clear where exactly I am supposed to use this information vs. the UserID and Password that I use to log into my online account. Even more frustrating it tells me that the new password / pin needs to be 4 - 8 characters which it is!

Don't know what to do. I really want this program to work because I hate Quicken for Mac AND I am more frustrated with this process right now that I am with Quicken...
