<p>Please navigate to <strong>Extensions->Manage Extensions</strong> and install the Toolbox.</p>
<p>Launch Toolbox and navigate to <strong>Toolbox Options</strong> (on top left corner) and select -<br>
<strong>Update Mode</strong>->Yes->Do Back Up Now (recommended). Then, navigate to <strong>Menu: Online Banking (OFX) Tools</strong><br>
In the resulting window, under Update Functions you should select :</p>
<p><strong>Delete OFX Banking Service / Logon profile (remove_one_service.py)</strong></p>
<p>Finally, you should try recreating the connection as outlined <a href="https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/kb/online-banking-and-bill-pay/recreate-connection">here</a>.</p>

BTW, would I be correct to assume that my Truist online connection settings had been corrupted, and needed to be removed (disabled?) and re-defined ?<br>

<p>Since the Error:400 Bad Request is a generic error, it could be due to different factors, ie.: server issues, a change a the bank's end etc. Usually, removing the service info and recreating the connection helps resolving the problem as it happened in this case.</p>
