Target Redcard - MD+ not download transactions until it's set up again

Why do some accounts in MD+ not download transactions until it's set up again? I've noticed this with a few of my accounts such as Target Redcard. After setting up MD+, it works once, but then will not download any new transactions unless I disconnect it and set it up again, then it downloads transactions just once, and never again.

    We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.

    According to Plaid, they were able to identify an issue with our Target REDCard integration that’s causing connections and Item updates to fail for some users due to a problem in the MFA flow.

    This issue has been raised to Plaid's engineering team and we will post any updates in this thread as soon as we hear back.

    Thank you for your patience! We'd recommend importing your data manually for the time being. You can download it using the OFX or QFX file format, if available. If not, use the QIF file format. (These files are sometimes referred to as Quicken or MS Money files). You can import the files to Moneydance using File --> Import.
    The steps for manually importing your data are outlined in this article from the Knowledge Base.

    Had the same issue with Amazon Prime Card (Synchrony Bank).

    It doesn't seem to only be limited to Target RedCard. I also have the same issue with my PenFed Visa.

    Same problem with Amazon Prime Card (Synchrony Bank). spent too much time attempting to make everything work[url=].[/url] I've just stopped my membership.

    I had the same problem with Amazon Prime Chase Credit Card [account name] account. The temporary solution is to select the [account name] account in MD, Select the top menu item "Online" and select download [account name] about 4 from the bottom. Another menu will appear and select "Download from MoneyDance+:[account name]. Mine only works this way.

    BTW, yes download via MD has worked in the past for many years using their prior versions and processes!!!

    In order to resolve this specific issue, you could install the Toolbox via Extensions->Manage Extensions. Launch Toolbox and select Update mode from Toolbox Options (on the top left) then choose Online banking tools->Cleanup missing Banking links.
    Restart Moneydance.

    Thanks for pointing that out! I had similar duplicate listings under the MD+ accounts (including Amazon Prime) that I had tried to set up. Seeing that it works for you and seeing Maddy's response gave me reason to try MD+ again. I just re-established my accounts and ran the "Cleanup missing Banking links" from the Toolbox Extension Update mode. Got rid of 5 missing links! Yay! Hoping that that will resolve my issue as well. Thanks again for taking the time to reply and thanks to Maddy for pointing out the most likely solution. Fingers crossed!

    I am seeing this same issue with all my Penfed accounts. Is there a reasonable fix? They won't pull any data past the end of August.
