<p>Usually 'No name' appears if you where you using the <em>OFX service</em> method before switching to <em>Moneydance +</em>.</p>
<p>If this is the case for you, you should disable the previous connection in order to allow Moneydance + to be used as your preferred method going forward.</p>
<p>You should be able to achieve this by selecting the relevant account, choosing <em>Online > Set Up Online Banking</em> and selecting the <strong>"Disable"</strong> button to remove the connection.<br>
Finally restart Moneydance.</p>
<p>If the problem persists, you should download and install <strong>Moneydance 2022.5 (4091)</strong>. This is available to download from <a href="https://infinitekind.com/download-moneydance-personal-finance-software">this page</a>.<br>
You should remove or choose to overwrite the older version and restart Moneydance.</p>
<p>Then navigate to <strong>Extensions->Manage Extensions</strong> and install the Toolbox (version 1054).</p>
<p>Launch the Toolbox and navigate to <strong>Toolbox Options</strong> (on top left corner) and select - Toolbox Options->Advanced mode.</p>
<p>In the Menu: Online banking tools choose : <strong>Force Disconnect an MD+ Connection</strong>. Restart Moneydance.</p>

I have it working now and have cleaned up a lot of the multiple<br>
connections that I made from my initial attempt at setting this up. I<br>
think when I initially tried to setup Moneydance+, it was at a time<br>
when the servers I was connecting to weren't fully functional. It was<br>
in the middle of the night.</p>
<p>I know that I first tried setting up Monydance+ on accounts which never<br>
had OFX service in use, so the "No Name" wasn't from that. Later on it<br>
just started working, leading me to believe when I first tried it,<br>
something on the PLAID or Moneydance+ side was down.</p>
<p>Thanks for your help. I wasn't happy about having to use Moneydance+<br>
but I like the fact that I can use it on more financial institutions.</p>
