I get

A communication or parsing error occurred. This could be the result of a network problem, a proxy error, or misconfigured server.
Error Description: java.net.UnknownHostException: ofx.chase.com
====
Can connect to the bank via web browser - have this at two different network environments.

What is the best approach to reconnect.
