Moneydance+ not downloading current bank transactions
When Moneydance with moneydance+ doesn't download current transactions from Chase bank although it does properly download credit card transactions. The download button does not download current transactions either.

There is an inherent delay in utilizing Financial Data Aggregators such as Plaid. Although my MD+ accounts will download posted transactions within a day, I've read that Chase may take as long as 3-4 days.

Chase tends to be 1-2 days. Other banks can be longer. Overall, almost all banks are 1-3 days, with an occasional slippage.

@TonyRI - But yes, thank you for posting it is not immediate like OFX. It does seem that many don't understand the change from OFX to aggregators, so again, thanks.

Still not downloading transactions as far back as October 7.

If there are multiple transactions on a day, it looks like one of the transactions does not get downloaded. I'm running MACOS 12.6.

If it has been 13 days, I recommend going into md+ and clicking the reset sync button (while also looking at what it considers the sync date) for the account(s) in question.
It's starting to sound like the accounts for Chase didn't get set up properly, especially as to download dates. (Given Oct 6 was the changeover).
HMMMMM - did you disable OFX downloads for your Chase bank accounts?

I tried the steps outlined in your URL with success. Never got the box to choose a start date. Before I started your steps I had disabled all the chase downloads using the old method. When I check the download box I get a list of accounts from prior setup attempts.

You should be able to resolve the issue by installing the Toolbox Extension then run the following.
Toolbox Options > Update Mode
Make a backup of your dataset
Then go to Menu Online Banking Tools > Cleanup missing Online Banking Links
Close and reopen Moneydance
