<p>Others have connected to Chase successfully using MD+.</p>
<p>I just checked the "Connect More Accounts" button in MD+ setup and Chase.com is definitely listed.</p>
<p>User posted instructions for connection to Chase, using MD+ after having used Direct OFX:</p>

<p>If you have multiple accounts, there may be an issue with identifying which account is which. User posted workaround, utilizing "nicknames":</p>

<p>IF you did want to perform manual downloads, the Quicken (QFX) format would be preferable to CSV, although either will work.</p>

I found the Chase connection. I don't see directly which accounts are connected and I simply have a list of no name accounts. I also don't see any way to edit those "No Name" accounts.</p>

Have you tried closing and re-opening MD? That has worked for some. If not, you can check the forum, using the search discussions feature in the upper right corner of this discussion page:</p>

<p>I remember the "No Name" issue, but I don't recall the resolution.</p>
<p>Did you happen to disable your old Direct OFX connections, prior to setting up Moneydance +? That could be an issue. The accounts that I set up using MD+ were never connected by Direct Connect, so it didn't come up during my setup.</p>
<p>I know that either Support, or other users will know how to resolve the No Name issues, if the above suggestions don't work.</p>
