error messages after converting Chase to Moneydance+

Hi,
A few days ago, you helped me convert my Chase online account to use Moneydance+. I have been able to download my Chase transactions this way, but now receive numerous error messages, which I'll upload for you to see. There is also a "No name" account listed on my Moneydance+ accounts, which I suspect may be the problem, however the system won't let me delete or de-link it. I am using Moneydance version 2022.3 (4077).

    Use toolbox extension. Advanced mode. Online banking tools. Force disconnect md+ connection.

    Well, from your skimpy instructions, I figured out how to turn both banking tools and Advanced Mode to RED, however, the option to “force disconnect of an MD+ connection remained grayed out.

    Please provide more detailed step by step instructions.

    Ah yes. You need to upgrade to 2022.5(4091) before that option will enable.

    Then the same steps you followed will work.

    (My instructions may be skimpy, but Toolbox is 20k lines of code designed to help users… I’m better at coding than offering instructions 😉)

    I upgraded, the disconnect option appeared, but after selecting the option and proceeding through multiple warnings, I got stuck at the disclaimer. It instructed me to type “I agree” which I did, but it keeps saying that I failed to accept the disclaimer.

    It’s:

    IAGREE

    exactly as per the popup message, not “I AGREE”

    No spaces

    It just wasn’t clear when to use the dropdown menu from Toolbox versus the
    options in the various boxes, which had many of the same names as options
    in the dropdown menu.
