Upgrading to Moneydance+

I'm trying to upgrade to the trial of Moneydance+ but I do not get an email as stated in the upgrade process. I check the inbox and spam. Ive does the setup process last night and agin this morning.

What do I need to do to get back to downloading transactions and activity?

   Hi Tom,
   We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.

   Which version and build of Moneydance are you using?
   To check, open Moneydance and select Moneydance --> About Moneydance

   Did you download the trial version from our website or are you using the Mac App Store version, perhaps?

   I’m using Moneydance 2022.3 (4084). I’ve been using it since Microsoft Money was discontinued. I’m not sure whether I got it from the App Store or direct. I would guess from the App Store since Apple is particular about non-Apple approved items being installed.I downloaded trial version to use on Windows PC.

   In order to subscribe to Moneydance +. You should download and install Moneydance 2022.5 (4091) and select the Window installer.

   Then follow the instruction in this article.

   I would like to keep it on my iMac rather than Windows. Should I do the same but select Mac installer? I know the Moneydance+ is $2.00/month for the upgrade but will I need to purchase a new license for Moneydance?

   According to our records your older license key:

   • B22896683-72E985C0

   is valid for use with Moneydance 2017, Moneydance 2019 and Moneydance 2020.

   In order to upgrade to Moneydance 2022, you could have entered your current license key into the 'Upgrading?' box on this page to redeem a 50% discount. After purchasing, you would have received a new license key via email.

   It seems you have opted for the $5 monthly subscription which includes Moneydance 2022 and (the add on) Moneydance +, as outlined here.

   Since you are still within the trial period, if you prefer upgrading your license as I've explained above, we could switch you to the $2 monthly plan for Moneydance + (only).

   Please let us know how you wish to proceed or if you are happy to continue with the current subscription.

   Mandy,

   I think I will go with the new version of Moneydance with the Moneydance+ add-on for the $5 monthly fee. This will provide me with the upgrade and financial support for continued development.
