Not downloading my account information
I added Moneydance + so that I could download my accounts via Bank of America. It says it has completed the connection but when I open Moneydance it says no accounts to download from

Hi Helene,
Just wondering if you've linked your MD+ account (as named by the Bank) to your Moneydance Account (as named by you) on the "Set Up Moneydance+ > Accounts Tab".
See attached example.

Have you deleted the old ofx profile? Try toolbox, advanced mode, online banking tools. Then delete ofx banking profile and/or cleanup banking links.

I have managed to download everything onto my new computer, but I fear I have messed up my old computers program. How do I fix that and get them both synced.
