MD+ Item_Error

I started getting the attached error message in MD+ a couple of weeks ago every time I open MD and my MD+ transactions automatically download into all my connected accounts. All my MD+ accounts seem to be connected properly and downloading the transactions. Any thoughts? Anyone else experiencing this error? Help!

    I noticed the message consistently pops up about 15 seconds after all my transactions are downloaded and the "Finished writing sync data" disappears.

    Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in responding to your query, Gina!

    Usually, restarting Moneydance should remove the error you have reported.

    If the problem persists, can you let us know whether you were using the OFX service method prior to using Moneydance +?

    I have restated MD many times and the error persists. No, I was not using OFX service. I have been using MD+ since October of 2021.

    just a user - you probably need to force disconnect the missing item.

    Make sure you read post 12, as the Toolbox I'm working with is approved (signed), but not yet released directly in Moneydance yet.

    You can read the entire thread of course, just posts 11/12 basically show how the missing item problem might be fixed.

    dtd, Looking at the item ID in the toolbox helped me figure out the problem. My Chase account was used fraudulently back in October and they issued a new card. I totally forgot about it and never fixed it in MD+ because I don’t use that account very often. I was able to successfully disconnect it using toolbox.
