Server Error 2000 -- "Invalid FID sent in Request"
I've started getting the above error (screen cap attached) when I try to download from a bank account that was set up in Moneydance version 2021 over a year ago and working fine until now. Disabling the Online setup and recreating it does not change this behavior.

Hi Jeff,
Sorry that this will loop back to your post, but a couple of us have had this same issue with 2 other financial institutions today as well:

I'm having this same issue with TruWest CU. Any fix?

Check again, we're back up and running. We think that it may have been an issue with NCR (OFXDC service provider).

same here (and for a week at wells fargo. One account downloads, but all others get the error.
There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The details of this error are below.
Bank Name: Wells Fargo Bank
Account: Money market
Account Number: 1010264575577
A communication or parsing error occurred. This could be the result of a network problem, a proxy error, or misconfigured server.
Error Description: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Received fatal alert: internal_error

Sarah, I believe that's a different issue than we've experienced. I'm not sure how to resolve SSL Exception errors. Perhaps you can make a new post so it doesn't get overlooked in this thread.

Thank you, I have done that. I contacted WF twice. The second time I said it was a Quicken error, and they acknowledged that there was a problem and they gave me a case number. The first time I had said it was Moneydance, and they said it was Moneydance problem! Hmmm.

Sarah,
That is not an unusual occurrence with U.S. institutions.
