Moneydance not communicating with Bank

For the second time this fall I cannot communicate with my bank. (I refer you to [Online Banking #23694] in September. I have followed the steps you gave me back then and still ca't sign into my account, and have not been able to since November 5. Please tell me what is going on.

    I was running the 2021 version of Moneydance...after installing the 2022 version I'm back in communication, all is well.
