Disconnecting Moneydance+

I have disconnected the accounts and now I have no name accounts listed for each account I disconnected and i also have multiple links to download using Moneydance+ under the download button on accounts that were connected to Moeydance+. How can I remove these left over Moneydance+ connections?

   Toolbox extension. Advanced mode. Force Disconnect md+ connection.
