Hi Philip,
Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.
Currently, Moneydance supports automatic downloads using Direct Connect or Moneydance +.
Which bank/s would you like to connecting with?
Without Direct Connect and Moneydance +, you are still able to easily import your data into the program using the OFX or QFX file format, if either of these are available from your bank's website. If not, you can use the QIF file format.Please find the steps for manually importing your data in this article.

Could you send us the contents of your console log, from when you're trying to connect to Wells Fargo via Moneydance+?
Here's how to get the logs:
1) In Moneydance, select Help > Console Window. This will open the console messages window.
2) While the Console Window is open, attempt to connect to your bank using Moneydance+. Any error messages should be recorded to the Console.
3) Select all of the text in the Console and use the "Copy to Clipboard" button at the bottom to copy the text.
4) Paste the text from the message window into a text file (preferably saved with a .txt extension) and attach that file to your response here.

Not only is Money not downloading transactions it's showing a zero balance which is not correct.
Wells Fargo has also acknowledged that the account is linked to Money.

I’ve sent the message with the attachment.
Also, I was able to disconnect and reconnect the account and still nothing.

I read an article that instructed the user to disconnect the account and reconnect but when I went through the steps there was no opportunity to disconnect the account.
Banks include Citi, Chase, PenFed and Wells Fargo.
Credit cards include Discover and Barclays.
As I indicated above, I’ve only linked one account so far as I wanted to be sure that the program works properly.

You have a variety of errors. Both ofx and md+. Personally, I would force remove the relevant ofx profiles, then force remove all the md+ connections and then restart and then start again.
Toolbox extension, advanced mode. Online banking menu. Remove_one_service and then force disconnect md+ connection(s)
Backup first.

The instructions below were too abbreviated to follow but hopefully I accomplished what needed to be done. I’ve attached an updated console txt. If I have, can you please walk me through the steps that I need to do to connect the new Wells Fargo AmEx account (which I assume the same instructions will apply to all of the accounts I intend to link).
