Cannot download or sync with Moneydance+

I have subscribed to Moneydance+. I have connected Moneydance+ with Chase Bank, American Express, and Vanguard. (I have received the "You've agreed to share data with Moneydance" emails from the banks.) They are all listed as "connected" in the Moneydance+ Accounts dialogue box.

BUT when I try to download transactions, I get a choice: Set up Moneydance+ or open the bank website.
NOTHING DOWNLOADS.

I have done the connecting through Plaid MANY times. I don't know what to do next. Please help!

   Remove all bank urls from tools/accounts/edit

   Run toolbox extension. Advanced mode. Online banking tools. Cleanup banking links.

   Try again

   If fails, send help/console.

   Thank you for responding. It still does not work.

   I deleted all the url's in the accounts.
   And I ran the Toolbox "clean up banking links". It said there were none
   out there.
   I connected Chase and American Express using Moneydance+.

   Vanguard is STILL the only one that downloads.

   I must be doing something wrong, but I really don't know what it is.
   I am so sorry.

   just a user - you say you have Plaid/MD+ connected, but do you have each Moneydance account connected as well?

   i.e. for each bank/accounts, is "Click to select account" replaced by an account within Moneydance?

   Given your Vanguard is working, the answer is probably yes, but that is a miss many people make (making the final connection into Moneydance)

   Also reading further, you do try to do the download account by account, correct, versus saying download all and trying to figure out what is going on?

   If indeed account by account, a view of the Moneydance+ setup for THAT account, along with a help/console for THAT download, would probably yield some info. (Redact any data you are uncomfortable sharing)

   Ah. As dtd says, I bet you haven’t linked your MD accounts to the md+ connections. See dtd’s posts above.

   one other thought - "Vanguard is working, but nothing else". Vanguard still supports OFX - were these accounts on OFX at any point, and maybe that's why Vanguard is still working?
