Can't download anything with Moneydance+
I just signed up for a trial of Moneydance+. I'm using Moneydance 2022.5 but have not paid for upgrade from 2021 yet, in case that matters. I've connected some institutions, including several Chase accounts. Trying to download from any of them gives an error message "There was an error communicating with your financial institution." In searching the forum I was only able to find these rather cryptic instructions:
"Remove all bank urls from tools/accounts/edit
Run toolbox extension. Advanced mode. Online banking tools. Cleanup banking links.
Try again"
I installed the Toolbox extension. If I open it and select "ADVANCED MODE" I get a window full of checkboxes all of which are grayed out. If I instead try "MENU: Online Banking Tools" I do see checkable checkboxes under "READONLY FUNCTIONS," but they are all irrelevant. Under "UPDATE FUNCTIONS" are checkboxes next to things like "Forget OFX Banking File Import Link..." that sound like they could be what the above instructions were referring to, but they are all grayed out.
What do I do next? Thanks....

Top left on the toolbox menu bar there is a menu called Toolbox Options. Click this then enable Advanced mode. Now the greyed out items will be selectable (and not greyed out).

Thanks. I tried that but there is still nothing under "ADVANCED MODE" that has to do with disabling OFX. There are still items under "UPDATE FUNCTIONS" under "MENU: Online Banking Tools" as I mentioned above that might be relevant, but they are still grayed out.

I figured out that if I went to Toolbox Options: Update Mode I could then go to Menu:Online Banking Tools and then "Delete OFX..." was accessible. I also figured out that after setting up accounts, I then had to go to "Set up Moneydance+" again and select accounts from the pop-up menus next to the name of each account that I had thought was already set up. I got downloads from Chase to work after this. Just got some more to work; having problems with a couple but I'll investigate those on my end. It seems I am up and running. Thanks for the help.
