[Resolved] Missing transactions from bank + credit card MD+ downloads
I've recently noticed that I'm not downloading any new transactions from one of my banks as well as one of my credit cards (both done via Moneydance+). Other accounts continue to download fine.
I can see there are new transactions on both the bank and cc websites (and they're multiple days old). However when I download in MD I get ~ "zero new transactions after duplicates removed".
Is there a way to view what was actually download to try and triage why no new transactions are showing up for these two accounts?
I know how to reset the download date... but don't want to have to do this every so often and would like to figure out what's wrong here.

just a user - you can open a console window, then download that bank, and you will see what Moneydance says happens (the console window must be open when you do the download)
Depending on what "multiple days" means - MD+ can often take 2-7 days (7 is rare, but I've seen it over holidays) to download transactions.

Ahh.. Ty for the tip!
So when I view it, I can see it downloading:
- two pending txns... which it skips for now (which is fine for me since they're "pending")
- 1 txn from Jan 27 and another from Jan 28... which I previously downloaded and accepted in MD so I'm fine with those being skipped
That being said it's not downloading 3 other txns from Jan 28-Jan 29 that I see on the Discover website (and are not in a pending state).
I guess I'll watch for a few more days since those were from over the weekend (even though in my short history on MD there was not that long of a lag for weekend txns).

just a user - MD OFX Direct Download is pretty immediate, MD+ - not so much. With Jan 28-29, I would definitely give it at least 2-3 more days before you decide it is not working right - at the moment, I'd just call it slow.

Oh, and sometimes, you'll get the "pending" bit for bank recorded transactions, as Plaid's data might be "old" - i.e. Plaid still says pending, your bank says recorded... that of course will eventually catch up.

Just in case anyone queries for the same issue PNC and Discover did catch up. Just seems to be a few days lag for whatever reason.
