Unable to download from CitiBank

I was able to download transactions from CitiBank just fine up until a week ago and started getting this "Unexpected end of message while reading headers" error. Don't believe anything has changed on my end and contacted Citibank, can confirm that Moneydance it connecting to it, but that it all. I have tried recreating the online banking connection and re-entered the password and it works on-line and since it registers the connection assume it is working when trying to download. Other accounts with different banks download fine.
