not working
Hi
I just purchased moneydance a couple of days ago and have not had any success transferring my quicken accounts because it is not in qif format (I guess that's the problem). I decided to start from scratch and see if I could download from my bank accounts and nothing downloaded.

Hi Lynn,
Can you tell me the name of the financial institutions you are trying to connect to? What's happening when you attempt to download your data? Are you seeing any error messages?
