Won't access account.
Not starting off on the right foot! Entered data to look, liked, purchased, and registered. Tried to set up my bank account and get "some or all of the info is invalid" message and to call USAA to determine how stupid I am. Verified my used ID, password, and pin by logging into the USAA website directly through Windows AND via your tools website log in. In both cases all works PERFECTLY. Set up is a different story. Leaving Quicken because of their dammed if we will answer bovine scatology. Hope I'm not playing the same game.

Hi Ron,
Our internal documentation states that USAA requires that users use their member number as the username, and your PIN as your password. Could you try giving that a shot to see if you're able to establish your connection with USAA?
