Here is a link to the financial institutions (FI) that
Moneydance currently supports for direct-connect. Be sure to read
the paragraph at the top of the page.
http://infinitekind.com/fi

If your FI is not listed there, you can ask the MD support staff
to look into whether or not your FI offers direct-connect.

If all else fails, you can manually import OFX, OFC, QFX and QIF
file formats into Moneydance. You can also import formatted CSV
files into Bank and Credit Card accounts through the use of either
the Text File Importer extension or the free, third-party CSV
Importer extension.

You can find out more information on importing data in the
User's Guide.

Thanks for helping. I must admit, though, that I'm stymied.
Can't get
anything to work. Import, online banking both do nothing when I
click on
them. I have a 64-bit chip and downloaded the 64-bit version.
Should I try
32-bit? We use Chrome. Does that browser work with Moneydance?

I downloaded two QFX files from Citibank, but cannot get them to
import at
all.

Any other ideas?

Thanks,

Try dragging and dropping one of the QFX files onto the
Moneydance window. Doing so should prompt you to select an account
to import the file into.

I'm not sure why File > Import is not working for you.

When you click on File > Import does a file browser open
allowing you to navigate to the QFX file?

Thank you for your help. This time the File > import did
work. The
numbers are way off, but at least the file imported. Tomorrow I
will
reconcile and get going with the rest of the accounts.

I appreciate your help.

Best regards,
