Communicating with Chase Bank -- error 2000
My downloads from Chase Bank have suddenly stopped working. I get an error message about Error Code 2000.

I am tryng to "disable" the online setup and reconnect it, as the forum says, but there's no "Disable" button.

Hi nicksue360,
To access the 'Disable' button, from the Moneydance menu bar, go to Online > Set Up Online Banking.
On the resulting form is the 'Disable' button.

Edit: Make sure that you are viewing your Chase account in Moneydance before clicking 'Disable'.
