Using passwords

Since updating to the latest Moneydance software, every time I try to download my accounts into Moneydance it asks me to re-input my password. I have gone into Online Banking and clicked on "Change" and put the password in the accounts again. It lasts until I close out of the software. The next time I open the application and try to download my accounts it asks for my passwords again. Is there a fix to this?

   Hi Peter,

   Try this...

   From the Moneydance menu bar, go to File > Passwords...

   In the resulting window, make sure that 'Store Online Passwords in File' is checked.

   You will, of course, also need to set a master password.

   Be sure to heed the precautionary message there.
