Cannot remove account
Am trying your software. My bank did not show up on your list. Accidently clicked on a bank. How do you delete it?

From the tool bar go to online > set up online banking, click disable.
If you can name your bank, i am queuing this for our connection specialist and he will see if a connection is available.

Tom, thanks for your help. There was no option to disable.
Here is what I did:
Clicked on checking. (If I didn't click checking the option the set up online banking was grayed out)
After clicking > set up online banking, there is no option to disable therefore no way to remove the wrong bank. Before the wrong bank was accidently entered it did not accept Citizens Bank, PA.
I use www.citizensbank.com which is Citizens Bank, PA which is not in your list of banks. There are other banks that I use, most are online banks, that are also absent from your list of banks.
Am currently a Quicken user. Don't want to go to Mint. Your software has good reviews but we are off to a rough start. All help gratefully received and appreciated. Obviously I've connected with the bank using Quicken for several years.
Thanks,

Hi Dave,
We've just added support for Citizens Bank, so you should be able to connect to them now. They do require that you activate your account for direct connections before you can download in Moneydance. You can find more information about this process on the Citizens Bank website at http://www.citizensbank.com/online-banking/quicken.aspx.
Once your account is activated, you should be able to connect in Moneydance. They will send you a temporary PIN that you'll need to change during the setup process. If you have any trouble, let me know and I can try to help resolve the issue.

Ian:
Thanks for your help. As you said I need to buy before I try. I was hoping for the reverse. If there were headaches I would take the simple free way out of jail and use Mist as my son did. I'm an old fart who believes my financial info is not the property of Intuit or anyone else.
Obviously I downloaded your 90 day trial. Is the next step to provide youse guys with a credit card number?
Thanks,
DC

The trial doesn't require a credit card to activate it. You can simply install it and start using it. Once you are satisfied that Moneydance will work for you, you can purchase an activation key from our website at:
http://infinitekind.com/purchase
You'll then receive a key in your email. You'll just enter that key into the trial version to register the program. All of your data will stay just as it is, so feel free to use the trial version ot fully set up your accounts.

The trial allows manual entries. It is the functionality of the downloading from banks and credit card companies that I appreciate and want to test. I'm sure the current files downloads will contain far more than 100 entries. That is what I cannot do with the sample, but I can with Mist. So, bottom line, I am not going to manually key in a bunch of entries. I'll go for it or go to Mist. Glad the product name isn't "Dust". At my age that is not a pleasant thought... for several reasons!
Somewhere I read the is a $10 discount on Facebook. I'll check that out.
Thanks again for your help.

Actually, downloaded transactions don't count against the 100 transaction limit. It's only transactions that you manually type into Moneydance that count. You should be able to fully test connections to your bank with the trial.
