re: use with Commerce bank MO bill pay

My Commerce bank gives me free bill pay. But it is separate from my quicken software.
I am looking for software for my pc. I would like to enter future bills in my register that will also enter into commerce bill pay automatically.
Right now, i enter transactions in my quicken, then have to go on line to commerce bill pay and enter it there again. I would like to make this transaction just once in my pc software.
Is Moneydance able to do this?

Hi John,
Moneydance can connect to your bank automatically using Direct Connect, so if your bank support this then you may be able to setup Online Bill Pay. You can view a list of banks that support Direct Connect here. Please note, that even if your bank supports Direct Connect, they won't necessarily support Bill Pay. Your bank can let you know if this is a service they provide, and it will usually say on their website.
Quicken can use Direct Connect, but also Web Connect, which Moneydance does not support. If your bank only supports Web Connect then you'll be unable to setup Bill Pay and automatic downloads.
If you haven't already, I encourage you to download our free trial version and experiment with the program before you decide if you would like to purchase it. The demo version is fully functional and allows you to manually enter 100 transactions. Imported transactions are not limited, so you'll be able to fully test importing your data from your banks.
If you decide to purchase the program at a later date you can keep all your data, the license key simply unlocks the ability to manually enter more transactions. You can download the trial version of Moneydance from here.
