Hello when I first started using this program 2 or 3 years ago it worked fine with my bank RBC Royal Bank (Canada) now it will not connect & it is not on your list ?? What is the problem ? If your program will no longer works with my bank it then become useless and I would like my money back.

    Hi Frank,

Can you confirm you previously used Direct Connect to download your data from this bank? As far as I'm aware, they don't support Direct Connect access, (most Canadian banks do not support this) and I wasn't aware they supported this feature previously. I've flagged this discussion for our connection specialist who may be able to provide further insight.

Without Direct Connect, the best way to get your files into Moneydance is to use a web browser to download them from your bank's web site. You can download into QFX, OFX or OFC files (aka Quicken or MS Money files), any of which will import cleanly into Moneydance.

    Hello Jenny
Thank you for your reply yes you are right I have to direct download a Quicken format file from the bank & then import it into Moneydance but some time in one of the recent updates Moneydance removed the website information for my bank as I was able to click the link before to go to my bank now I have to open a separate web page,,, no problem all is good.
Thanks again I Love My Country, But Fear My Government !
