It looks like your bank only supports transactions downloads
through direct connect. You'll need to use their website for paying
bills. You can also open your bank's payment page directly (after
entering the appropriate address in the Account->Edit Account
menu) by going to the menu bar and selecting Online->Open
Account Website.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, and thank
you for your interest in Moneydance.

I have suggestion for improvement of the software.

My bank allows transaction download for loan accounts, however,
it
appears MoneyDance does not support this. I believe this would be a
good
addition to the program..

Tim Browntag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/400161752016-06-03T12:35:08Z2016-06-03T12:35:08Zonline bill pay with JSCFCU

Hi Tim,

Moneydance does not support importing data into loan accounts.
The reason being that it should not be necessary. If you are making
your loan payments from one of your bank accounts, when you
download transactions for that bank account it will include debits
for the loan payments. When you categorise these loan payments in
the bank account, with the 'loan account' as the category, the
corresponding matching entry in the loan account will be
created.

I hope this information is helpful, please let me know if you
have further questions.
