I would be happy to authorize a refund and I am inclined to
offer you technical assistance first. This is not an attempt to get
out of giving you a refund, if that is what you want let me know
and I will authorize it today.

Can you please clarify where you are looking for this list? It
sounds like you may be trying to set up online banking? If so, is
where you are running into problems where you have opened your
account register, and gone to Online->Set Up Online Banking from
the menu bar?

Do you have a firewall, Net Nanny, antivirus software or any
other software that might be blocking Moneydance's access to the
internet? If so, can you try disabling it and see if you're able to
connect then?

If you're still unable to connect, can you try reproducing the
error and send us the output of your console log? This can be found
by going to Help -> Console window in Moneydance, then clicking

What financial institution are you trying to connect to?

It looks like you entered more than 6 characters in the

After changing password directly at bank I have finally
connected to bank thru moneydance. I then proceeded to download the
transactions and they came thru with some duplicates. It seems
that one problem gets solved and another problem comes up. I have
been using quicken for many years with satisfaction, it became time
to upgrade so I thought I would try something else, that is how
I eventually bought your product. As you can imagine I am not happy
and really do not want to keep having to solve problems.

Please kindly return my money.

Thank You,

I understand and thanks for bearing with us while trying to get
these issues sorted out and I'm sorry that we weren't able to solve
them satisfactorily. I have asked our payment processing partners
BMT Micro to process your refund. They will let you know when the
process is complete from their end.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, and thank
you for your interest in Moneydance.
