connect. I closed one account, and direct connect to the other was
terminated by the bank. After a phone call and a few days, I had a
new User ID and password for direct connect for the remaining
account. This worked in downloading transactions. However
attempting bill pay for an existing payee generated an error code
10519 "Invalid payee list id" was returned. If I tried to delete a
payee I received a similar error.

Is there a way to refresh my existing payee list to the new
direct connect setup? If not, how do I remove the old payees?

hftag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/368588592015-05-18T18:11:56Z2015-05-18T18:11:56ZMoving payees to a new setup

Hi Hf,

Can you try refreshing your payees in the Online->Online Bill
Payment menu and see if that fixes the issue? Unfortunately I think
the payees may be tied to the old account, so they may have to be
re-created in the new account.
