Build 1145 is an early build of Moneydance. Provided that you
originally purchased Moneydance through the I.K. website as opposed
to the Apple Store then you can d/l the latest build (currently
1358) from here:

Per the Moneydance 2015 change log, there was some work done to
resolve issues with Chase in build 1326.

Kevin is likely correct that your connection is failing because
of the build version of Moneydance that you're using. Could you try
installing this preview build version of Moneydance to see if it
resolves your problem?

http://infinitekind.com/preview

You may also need to recreate your connection after installing
the preview build. Recreating your connection will force Moneydance
to query Chase's servers for any updated connection certificates.
To do so, you can follow these steps:

Select your bank account in Moneydance

Select the Online->Setup Online Banking
button/menu

Click the "Disable" button. If you don't see a disable
button, just close the setup window.

Repeat the previous steps for any additional accounts at the
same institution.

Select the Online->Setup Online Banking button/menu
(again)

Click the "New Connection" button and select your bank and hit
OK

Continue with the setup process, entering your
username/password

Make sure you pick new connection, even though your bank
is still one of the connection choices after you disable
it. Choosing your bank from the list of available banks
will force Moneydance to download the updated information, which
should then allow you to connect.

Please let me know if you continue to have connection problems
after recreating your connection.

Yes, I downloaded Moneydance through the I.K. website.
Downloading build 1358 has resolved my issue (The one thing I
didn't do. sigh.)
