The online banking function quit working fro ALTRA Federal Credit Union. How do I get help with this?

    It looks like our connection information for your bank might be out of date. I'll research the new information and let you know when we've updated our database. This should be within 4-7 business days.

    I'm terribly sorry to hear about the difficulties you have experienced trying to connect with your financial institution. We are working on updating our connection information for Altra. We'll let you know once the process is complete.

    Hi Dave,

    I think this issue may have actually been with the Altra server and has now been resolved. Can you try connecting again to see if it works?

    It does not appear to. I try to set up the online piece but I have to be on a single account to get that option. It then recognizes Altra but only for one account. I input the data and it says it has everything it needs but it does not work. By that I mean there is no update ALTRA online in the menu drop down like there is for other institutions. I should mention that when I incurred the failure, I disengaged the update option for ALTRA. So if I have to do something different to set it up again please let me know.

    I went through and performed "new connections" for each account. It seems to work as I have the update option in the menu now. Now I need to wait on new transactions to see if it works (I had been using export / import since it broke).
