have to be on a single account to get that option. It then
recognizes Altra but only for one account. I input the data and it
says it has everything it needs but it does not work. By that I
mean there is no update ALTRA online in the menu drop down like
there is for other institutions. I should mention that when I
incurred the failure, I disengaged the update option for ALTRA. So
if I have to do something different to set it up again please let
me know.</p>

It seems to work as I have the update option in the menu now. Now I
need to wait on new transactions to see if it works (I had been
using export / import since it broke).</p>
