american express authorized users
I am finally considering switching out of Microsoft Money, which i've used for the past 10 years.
It seems like MoneyDance will be able to do what I need, and you support importing microsoft money accounts.
Now that being said, there is one feature that I don't see immediately, that is an absolute must if I'm going to shell out the money for it. I have many American Express cards, and each card has authorized users. It does not appear that moneydance shows the person responsible for the purchase, unless I'm missing an option somewhere.
Any ideas?
Thank you

Moneydance will only show the information that is sent through OFX connections. So, if American Express sends that information, for example, in the memo or description fields for the transaction, it will be displayed in Moneydance. I'm not sure exactly how they send it though. Your best bet would be to try it and see.
If you haven't already, I encourage you to download our free trial version and experiment with the program before you decide if you would like to purchase it. The demo version is fully functional and allows you to manually enter 100 transactions. Imported transactions are not limited, so you'll be able to fully test connections with your bank. If you decide to purchase the program at a later date you can keep all your data, the license key simply unlocks the ability to manually enter more transactions. You can download the trial version of Moneydance from here:

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, and thank you for your interest in Moneydance!
