Existing online payees don't show for a new bank account

I have 3 bank accounts all setup for online banking - same bank but different account numbers - and they all share the same list of online payees when I do online bill pay. I just added a 4th account with that same bank. When I do online bill pay for the 4th account the payee list is empty and none of the existing payees get loaded. Why is that?
