Error code 2000
I'm no longer able to download my transactions from Wells Fargo. I called them and as off June 2017 Wells Fargo made changes to only allow Quicken using Direct Connect.
Is MD aware of this and do you have an update to fix my problem?

My WF phone rep said that WF will only work with Quicken due to security reasons?!
I hope she didn't know what she was talking about!!
Please let me know when there's a fix/update.

Hello Laurie,
It's likely they're just reading from the script they're given. We're working on this as our highest priority, but it's unfortunately going to depend on how well they want to cooperate with us.

I need to know when/if this is going to be resolved. I cannot continue using MD without downloading my accounts. It's been disabled for several days now.

I'm sure you are working on it, but we need to know an estimate on how long this will take. Are you having this problem with the other major banks. At some point, we need to either leave the affected banks or leave MD.

Hi All,
I’m glad to inform you that the Wells Fargo connection issue was fixed. We made a change in the Wells Fargo information and the connection can be re-established, for the immediate fix you need to disable your current connection to Wells Fargo and then recreate it using the New Connection button on the Online Banking Setup screen. To do so, you can follow these steps:
Make sure you pick new connection, even though Wells Fargo is still one of the connection choices after you disable it. Choosing your bank from the list of available banks will force Moneydance to download the updated information, which should then allow you to connect.
Otherwise, your copy of Moneydance should automatically pick up the change within a day or two.
