Hi,

I am having a hard time configuring one of my NetBenefits accounts for online access. I have 2 accounts - HSA and PCRA. The HSA works without issues, however the PCRA is not working at all. When I establish online access, I do see the two accounts listed. I am picking the PCRA account and Money Dance seems happy. However, when I attempt to do a download, I am getting the following error.

---
Bank Name: Fidelity NetBenefits

The error code reported by the server was: 2003

Invalid Account Id
---

Anyone else had a similar issue or have a suggestion on what to do?

Thanks!

I did some more digging and this does not appear to be related to Money Dance. Quicken users are also reporting the same issue. I am currently a Quicken user and access to my PCRA is working fine. I looked in the Quicken logs and I can see the account appears to be at Fidelity and not at Fidelity NetBenefits. On a hunch, I removed online access to the account and then restored it. When I restored it I could not see my PCRA account at Fidelity. I then pointed Quicken at the Fidelity NetBenefits site and it could see my PCRA account. However, when I then asked Quicken to download the transactions, it failed and the logs show "Invalid Account" as the error. So Fidelity definitely has the issue.
