I'm setting up a new file and in adding accounts, I go to create online banking for an account and the only financial institution that shows up is PayPal, Inc. I can click "advanced" but don't have the OFX information. Most of my accounts are USAA.

    Hi John,

Can you confirm that when running the 'Set Up Online Banking' routine, that you are viewing one of your USAA accounts and you are clicking on the 'New Connection' button?

    Kevin -

I was in an account (checking) and chose the menu item "Online » Setup Online Banking". The select dropdown only had "PayPal, Inc."

I found the OFX info and got it set, but not sure if this is a bug or not.

    Hi John,

Can you confirm that you clicked the 'New Connection' button which calls up a table of all supported financial institutions.

    Hi John,

I'm not a USAA client but from what I've read on these forums for USAA, you'll need to use your Member Number and PIN for setting up online banking, instead of your website username and password.
