Multiple checking accounts at the Suntrust bank

I am using Money Dance Version 2015.5 (1225) We have a primary checking account which downloads transactions just fine. Recently, we added another checking account at the same bank. Steps were account, new account, Bank then the Create Account Bank form was filled in with account name, Bank name, start date, account number, and routing number. Then I clicked OK. Everything seemed to be OK.

When I go to the main screen and click Online there is a drop down entry for the new account which states: download transactions for (account name). However it is greyed out and if I left click on it nothing happens. If I select Download all transactions it downloads only the primary account and does not download any transactions for the new account. Am I doing something wrong?

   Hello,

   It sounds like you have entered your account information into Moneydance, but haven't gone through the setup process for connecting this account to your bank. To do this, you should open this account register by clicking on it where it is listed in the left sidebar, and then go to Online -> Set Up Online Banking from the menu bar. Is this option greyed out when you take these steps?
