I have recently upgraded to 2015 moneydance version and in the process my previous registration details were lost. You kindly emailed me them, but when I entered the key on 2015, I got a comment 'not recognised.
Can you explain?

   Hello,

   This is likely because you are using an older license key to register the latest version of Moneydance. The only purchase information I see associated with your current email address in our database was for a purchase of Moneydance 2012, which would allow you to use that or the 2014 version. Moneydance 2015 is a free upgrade to anyone who purchased a license key for Moneydance 2014 or later. This is true if you purchased an upgrade or a full license for either of those versions.

   As you purchased a previous version of Moneydance you are entitled to a discounted upgrade price of $24.99. If you want to run Moneydance 2015 you will need to purchase an upgrade key. To confirm your license for a discounted upgrade, submit your license key using the following form:

   If you would prefer to continue using a previous version of Moneydance for which your current license key is still valid at no additional cost, you can download it by choosing the appropriate link below:
