No longer able to download transactions

HI,
I can no longer download transactions from my financial institution. I called them and they said it was on your end. This is the error message I get. It just stopped working a couple weeks ago. Is there something I need to upgrade? Or change?

There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The details of this error are below.

Bank Name: Think Mutual Bank

The error code reported by the server was: 2000

This server does not support the requested InstitutionID
