Incorrect User ID for account

I have set up 4 accounts in MD for TDAmeritrade, each having a separate user name. I am not certain, but I may have not selected "new connection" during the initial 'setup online banking' process. Regardless of how it happened, I keep getting the incorrect username assigned for several of the accounts during the download process. I have disabled online banking for all of the TDAmeritrade accounts and performed the setup process again, taking care to select "New Connection" for each account. I still get the incorrect username appearing for several of the accounts during the download process. I have done this several times with the same result. If I manually correct the User ID field the download progresses smoothly but I shouldn't have to do this every time that I download transactions.

I noticed a similar problem described in another support discussion and the response was to download a script to completely reset the connection to the bank. I downloaded the python script ( remove_one_service_2017.py) as specified in the response to the original poster but get the following error when I attempt to run the script:

console: Failed to install '': java.nio.charset.UnsupportedCharsetException: cp0.
Error running script: Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "C:\Users\Pjm\Downloads\remove_one_service_2017.py", line 12, in <module>
selectedValue = JOptionPane.showInputDialog(None, "Select a service to delete", "Select a Service to Delete", JOptionPane.INFORMATION_MESSAGE, None, services, services[0])
NameError: name 'JOptionPane' is not defined

Running version 2017.6 (1656)
Any suggestions to correct this problem?
