Not longer able to access Capital One Banking

Hi,
I'm not longer able to access capital 1 banking. I get a message that I need an access code. According to capital one there is no access code needed as long as the software complies with their security.

Hello,
I'm afraid I don't have good news regarding the Capital One connection. It appears Capital One has taken the decision to discontinue their support for Direct Connect services. This is the only method that Moneydance uses to connect with a bank for automatic downloads.
Capital One has created a connection called 'Capital One Bank - New'. This connection does not support Direct Connect, only Express Web Connect. Although we are looking into implanting other connection types into Moneydance, we will not be implementing this form. This is due to security and you can read more on the connection methods here.
Although your bank does not support Direct Connect, you should still be able to easily import your data into the program. The best way to get your files into Moneydance is to use a web browser to download them from your bank's web site.
You can download into QFX, OFX, OFC or QIF files (aka Quicken or MS Money files), any of which will import cleanly into Moneydance. You can find the steps for manually importing your data in this article. You can also open your banks website directly from Moneydance by selecting Online --> Open Account Website, which makes the download process easier.
I wish I had better news to share. As you can imagine, many Moneydance customers are upset at this arbitrary decision made by Capital One (you can see a thread where many of them are discussing it at http://help.infinitekind.com/discussions/online-banking/7976-capita...), but we of course have no control over the services that banks offer to their customers.
