I am a Chase Visa client.
Can you confirm that you've authorized your accounts for access by Desktop Apps via the Chase website? The option to do so is quite hidden. If you need help finding it, let me know and I'll provide the instructions.
After authorizing your accounts and attempting to connect through Moneydance, you may be further required to verify your identity with Chase. Chase will send you an email with the details on how to do so.

I just tried connecting to Chase Visa and it worked as expected.
Are you receiving any error message when you attempt to connect?
Were you notified by Chase to verify your identity after attempting to connect thru Moneydance?

Downloads are now working. It seems to have been a temporary hitch earlier this evening.
