Downloading transactions

I have set up my online banking ID and PW, but when I hit Control-D the latest transactions do not show up. What am I doing wrong?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Just figured it out. Had to reestablish my credentials for each account in bank . Did so and got download.
