Hello,
Can you please explain what you are trying to do in more detail? Are you trying to set up direct connections? If so, have you followed the instructions at http://help.infinitekind.com/kb/online-banking/setting-up-online-ba...? Where are you getting stuck in the process?
If you are trying to import a manually downloaded file using the File -> Import function, can you please clarify what file type you are trying to import?
